Credit Card Security Once we have received order and processed your credit card your credit card details are processed by PayPal and are not stored on our servers to ensure your security. PayPal transmits sensitive information (such as a credit card number) over the internet using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to protect your privacy.

Giardino Di Fiori reserves the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of specific flower types and containers. When Giardino Di Fiori receives a flower order from its customers, every effort will be made to create an arrangement of the shape, size and color and using any flower varieties specified, according to the order description. Specific flower types may be indicated on the order, either by actual description or in the content of an item from Giardino Di Fiori’s web site. Recipient “Not at Home”
Giardino Di Fiori is not responsible for deliveries if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery. If you are the customer, you must make sure that the recipient will be at the location on the date given on the order form for delivery. If there is a contact phone number on the order, Giardino Di Fiori may contact the recipient to check if they are at the location before they attempt to deliver the gift. If there is no phone number provided on the order form, Giardino Di Fiori will attempt to deliver the gift on the specified delivery date. If the recipient is not at the location when the delivery is made, Giardino Di Fiori will try to leave a “not at home” card at the recipient’s location. This card explains the situation and asks the recipient to contact Giardino Di Fiori. Giardino Di Fiori will do its utmost to deliver the gift at a later date if the recipient replies to the “not at home” card. Additional delivery charges may apply if Giardino Di Fiori has to deliver the gift more than once. Alternatively, the recipient may have to collect the order from Giardino Di Fiori’s premises.
Fees and Charges
Giardino Di Fiori includes all fees and charges in the value shown on its web site. You will pay no more than what you see on the product/catalogue pages on our web site including the delivery fee, a service or handling fee and any Credit Card clearing fee that is charged by the credit card clearing company (which is 2% of Australian Orders and 4% for the rest of the world).
Non-Deliveries Giardino Di Fiori will do its best to deliver any gift, but does not guarantee the delivery of any product if one of the following scenarios occurs:
Recipient refuses to accept delivery of the gift
Address provided is incorrect
Occupants are not at the location and do not respond to the “not at home” card left.
If one of these instances occurs, we may judge that the delivery has been made.
Giardino Di Fiori cannot cancel any order that has already been made up by its florist, even if Giardino Di Fiori has not delivered the order. If the cancellation request is made beforehand, then Giardino Di Fiori may be able to cancel the order. However, Giardino Di Fiori cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled.
It’s not normal practice or policy for Giardino Di Fiori to refund the price of the product. However, as every customer and gift is individual, (and therefore may require a decision on a case-by-case basis), please contact Giardino Di Fiori so we can determine the best solution to the problem. Giardino Di Fiori is also able to provide other solutions, such as resending the gift, or resending a different gift of the same value.
Time Sensitive / Difficult Deliveries
Due to the difficult nature of delivering for the following events/places, Giardino Di Fiori cannot guarantee delivery. While we will try our best to make sure that your gift is received at the event/place, we do advise you to include a secondary address for delivery. The recipient of the gift must be available at this address after the end of the event. Delivery to difficult and remote areas may incur extra delivery, above that already allowed in the flower value. The payment of extra delivery is the responsibility of the customer and orders can not be delivered without such payment. If a delivery should not be made after a certain time (for example, if the recipient is leaving the hotel), please either provide an alternative delivery address within the same delivery area or advise that the order should be cancelled in the NOTES section at the bottom of an order form.

This document outlines Giardino Di Fiori’s Policy for Order Substitutions. When Giardino Di Fiori receives a flower order, every effort must be made to create an arrangement of the shape, size and colour and using any flower varieties specified, according to the order description. Specific flower types may be indicated on the order, either by actual description or in the content of an item from Giardino Di Fiori’s catalogue. In the case where a specific flower type or colour is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, substitutions may be made within the arrangement to achieve the same overall shape, style and colour effect and to ensure that the order is delivered on time.
Except where Giardino Di Fiori has indicated that there be no substitution, Giardino Di Fiori will always give priority in decreasing order of importance to:
delivery time of the order, followed by
colour preferences, followed by
the overall style of the arrangement, followed by
specific flower varieties
Flowers of a similar shape, size and value but different type and colour may be used if other flowers in the arrangement substitute for that colour and the overall effect of the arrangement is maintained.
